My name is Ornan Corcino; I’m from Manchester, Connecticut—from the east coast. I took a ride out here to do this class, fantastic class. The instruction was phenomenal. The knowledge I got here I’ll take with me until the day I die. I took what was called the 2x2x2 program which is a fantastic program. It has auto detailing for 2 days, it has wheel repair which I was really interested in for 2 days and it also has the leather and interior repair class. They all pertain to my business, every facet of the repair has to do with automobiles, which I deal with and they were all to better what I do now.
My trainer was Ruben Valenzuela and he is absolutely fantastic; he’s very knowledgeable, he’s very professional, very methodical and extremely neat and he takes the time to work one-on-one with you. Coming from a background of automobiles, I thought I knew how to wash, wax, and detail a car. But let me tell you something, I was completely wrong.
We took a truck, we started from beginning to end and we did all the steps and let me tell you the car was magnificent. 7 year old car looked showroom ready. If you do detail now, you think you do detail, you need to come and take this class.
Wheel repair was what I really came here for and it was fantastic. A lot of questions I had were answered, plus more. We looked at some wheels and I said to myself, ‘man I don’t know how in the world we’re going to get these wheels repaired.’ but you know what? Patience, Ruben’s training and the instruction and those wheels looked fantastic.
The interior repair was a bonus; it was an absolute present because I didn’t think interior repair was that extensive but let me tell you after all the procedures we went though, what Ruben taught us, it was incredible. We went from cracked dashboards, to cigarette holes, to headliners, amazing, just amazing, and quick, easy repairs you never thought you would be able to do.
A lot of people are going to be happy with the work I’m going to be doing with them, I guarantee it. I am confident, I can stand behind everything, and I feel like a pro. After taking these classes I am so confident that I can repair whatever comes my way and I am very confident. Pro, pro, pro.
